About contact lenses

Today's contact lenses fall into two categories: Soft lenses that are made of plastic that contains water and GP or rigid contact lenses "oxygen permeable".

Contact lenses can also be classified using programming.Daily wear Contacts should be removed, cleaned and stored each night, while the extended wear contact lenses are made of materials that are safe to wear overnight. sometimes, "continuous wear" is used to a kind of extended wear lens that can be used for up to 30 days.

Contacts can also be described by replacement interval — that is, how many times you discard your lenses and replace them with a new pair.

Daily disposable contact lenses are discarded during the night and do not therefore require no case of care, cleaning or lens replacement intervals. other common are weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly; any of these lenses may be called "disposable." traditional non-disposable lenses are usually replaced after one year, but these lenses are usually limited to unusual or difficult recipes from the manufacture.
